Not worth the money
Insanely overpriced for what you get. Our check in was 3 hours late and we were comped parking, which seemed like another excessive in the first place. Watch out for the resort fee! It seems to cover a shuttle and nothing else, but San Juan is small enough that you can take Ubers for much less than that fee.

Genesis gave the best customer service
The customer service was excellent. The room smelled like molded. I cleaned the room daily with bleach and when we would return you could still smell the mold. I loved the hotel with the exception of the smell of the room. They had a bus to take you to the beach and to Old San Juan
