La Concha is overpriced and far past its prime
I have been a Marriott members since 1991 and have never experienced such a terrible stay at any other property. The hotel was generally unkept. The rooms and elevators were just dirty and run-down and the staff was simply rude and untrained to support a Renaissance property and its guests. Also, given the high cost to stay at this property, the experience was a total disappointment.

The entire experience was amazing! I felt so welcomed and the staff werr excellent with the service. The brunch and lunch was excellent but a little overpriced. I would say the room service food as far as the all day menu needs some adjustments but other than that everything else was great. Bar tenders are excellent as well 👌.

Food,Rooms,Lobby was great, its the customer service that is awful, no smiles, no kindness, no attention to guest, staff doest care if guest feel welcomed or not, being from Tx that is the most important thing for me, I really didn't want to tip but felt if I didn't I would get worst service
