Some good, some not so good
The hotel was beautiful. My room with balcony and ocean view was perfect. I had several issues that I brought to front of staff that were not dealt with. The service in the food area was not very good. First night I ate at fancy restaurant and my food was made incorrectly. Second night I ate at less formal restaurant. 3 groups of people who sat after I arrived had their orders taken. After the third I found a manager. She was nice and helpful, but this should never happen.

Paradise!
This was our second time at this hotel and it did not disappoint! I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I visit PR. The staff is wonderful; very attentive, friendly, and just good people to be around. The location…well it’s just perfect. You walk out of the hotel and walk onto the most beautiful beach! It’s never crowded and is so breathtaking. I just really love this hotel and the location and their staff. I feel very at home here. I never want to leave when I’m there!

Noisy and needs updating, but great staff
The good: All staff were incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful! The lobby and common areas were beautiful. The not so good: The rooms are dated and feel dingy. The noise from people in the hallways and planes going overhead at all hours was unacceptable. There should be a disclaimer when booking about the insanely loud noise from the planes literally all day and all throughout the night. The AC unit in the room was also very loud - a tech came to fix it which didn’t really help that much; then the next night it stopped blowing cold air altogether so a tech came and replaced the whole unit. While the tech was nice and helped quickly, it was just one more nuisance we had to deal with late at night with two kids. Beach was okay- only one umbrella for 4 chairs was not very nice.
