Don’t believe the hype!!!
I reserved a studio with a king side bed, I was given a room with 2 full size beds. I wasn’t happy and no effort was done by the stalk in site to accommodate me. The website offered a pool onsite. The pool was off limits and abandoned.

Electricity went out for one day, no discount for inconvenience, extra charges on bill not mentioned. No Pool service, beach access closed at 7 pm. No other facilities opened inside hotel like bar or restaurant. Requested more towels which arrived the next day.

Convenient to airport, hotel needs a generator.
Great location & hotel staff was friendly but upon checking in the hotel lost power. After an hour of hoping power would turn back on, ended up getting a refund and staying somewhere else. Would recommend this hotel get a generator to assist in the regular power outages the neighborhood experiences.

The hotel is on the beach which is great. The pool was not open it was under construction I wish they told me this before I guess we enjoyed the beach but would have been nice to have the pool too. The property is close to everything on Islam verde but our room needed some upgrades
