Poorly Managed
Went to the hot tub in the evening. Got there and was told they had no towels. They said go to the front desk. Waited 15 minutes to find out they had no towels and suggested I get them from the room. Went to room to get towels and back to the hot tub. When I got there they said only two minutes until close. So hot wet for two minutes and they forced us out. I complained but never heard anything from management. It was like “Keystone Cops!”

Good but could be great with an update
Pros: Great location, great property, great pools/hot tub, friendly, professional and very helpful staff. room was clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. Cons: odd moldy smell in lobby, hallway carpets need to be replaced, room had red painted wall and thick red curtain that were not very soothing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but the place could really use an update. To be fair, they are actively refurbishing the Laguna wing(overlooks Condado Lagoon) of facility and staff stated they will then refurbish the main area soon. We would stay there again but look forward to the update.

We stayed the before and always wanted to come back but this time around I don’t want to return the room are dirty the lobby smells bad and over the hotel needs a lot of TLC it’s just sad to pay the amount of money they charge per night to go to a place like that they have no shame.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Do NOT stay here unless you want to waste your money! This hotel was awful! The lobby smells like sewage and they are trying to mask it with air freshener. Disgusting! You are charged $35 a day for “amenities” but there really are NONE! You get pool towels and access to beach chairs and 10% off at the hotel restaurant which is closed on Tuesdays? I was there on a Tuesday and was surprised to learn that there was no where I could get a hot breakfast (unless I wanted to buy a muffin at the Starbucks). They actually sent me outside to walk down the street to an eatery that was also CLOSED! There are absolutely NO amenities in the rooms. The walls are plastered concrete and painted RED! Hideous! And there’s very little furniture in the room besides the bed. The room looks and feels like a jail cell! The “complimentary WiFi” never worked during my entire stay. The lock on my door was broken and did not lock. There were construction men working on the building across the street right outside my window so I could never open the drapes. The glass window that faced the ocean was shattered. When I asked to change rooms they wanted to charge me an extra $25 a night! The audacity! I should not be charged extra to feel safe on your property! The beach area is small and crowded and open to the public. It’s not a private beach! This property is old and outdated and the rooms are in need of serious renovation. Way too expensive for the lack of quality. I will never stay here again.
