"Nice hotel close to Impact Exhibition Centre. I stayed here because I work working in Bangkok and had an early flight from Don Mueang airport.
The staff were all amazing!
Bar and restaurant were really nice with a good selection of food & drinks.

The service is fantastic, as you would expect with a Shangri-La Hotel. It has a very large gym and a fun pool area in the Shangri-La wing.
The only negative is the rooms are slightly dated compared to other hotels that we stayed in during our trip.

room, a bit expensive. I thought it would live up to this. In reality we got checked in and headed for room. They gave us one of the oldest worst maintenaned room possible. I got down to the reception and complained. They showed us another much better room that we accepted without any extra costs. I do not even understand why they give customers the worst possible room, when they have better renovated same type of room...
