Would stay again
The hotel was beautiful old historical absolutely gorgeous didn't like the slick floor when showering and then coming out of bathroom to get clothes was very slick needs a throw rug or something also wasn't hangers so we bought some but had to leave them behind no space the fridge was very small no room for leftovers also no microwave for leftovers but laundry machines were offered during certain times of the day I would stay there again but know what to expect this time

One night stay, fortunately someone was there to help navigate the security gates at checkin because they did not work properly. At checkout no one was present so I could not access to deliver my key at checkout. Had to leave my room key on my room bed pillow

No tienen estacionamiento tiene que estacionarse en donde encuentre así sea tres calles lejos del hotel. Está limpio pero no se que era lo que caía del techo que llenaba la sábana de eso. Tenía miedo que se me cayera el techo encima. Pues era mucho lo que caía. No soy de dar malos reviews pero creo que debería explicar el problema del estacionamiento.

Peaceful place
This place even though is in the city is so quiet and calm. I had the experience to meet a family coming in just looking around trying to get information of the property and asking me if its a nice place to stay. I told them absolutly and spoke to them about ny experience. This is like a retreat.

I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND booking this place for anyone. Please pay the extra cost for better quality service. First I would like to say you get what you pay for, but still you’re in the customer service Industry & customers are what brings in your revenue. To start the bed sheets where stained we asked for new sheets the same day but did not receive them until the next day. Second night in rained but cracks on the ceiling seems like has been there for a while had water coming thru all night long.I ask for another room and when I entered that room it was worst than the first room and was filled with mosquitoes. Third night I was trying to make the best of the situation until I saw a roach crawling on the wall, very annoying but again you get what you pay for I’m assuming.. I would’ve asked for a full refund but I’ll take the loss and hopefully Management will see this review and make the necessary changes for future customers!! But I would strongly recommend not booking this place for anyone. Please pay the extra cost for better quality service.

Room was very clean, host was very responsive and very helpful. The Rooftop needs a lot of work. It was full of pigeons and in unusable shape. It needs a little bit of love and minor maintenance details but overall it was good. Would stay again if they fixed the rooftop

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this property. First, an exterminator is badly needed. Ants are everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable! They also only give you one set of towels. The positives are that this location is very close to a supermarket, plenty dining options, and the beach. Definitely worth spending a little more money to stay in PR comfortably.
