The only reason i didnt give it a 5 is because i specifically booked because it says free parking when infact its only street parking. No parking lot!! On the listing it says there is parking which to me means parking lot.

It’s not worth it…
It was disappointing… but I guess I get the kind of service I paid for. Don’t come here if you want quality hotel. No chairs with back support, only two sockets for charging, very dim head light and bathroom light, no carpet. There is no room service whatsoever. I wanted to ask to borrow a hairdryer from the hotel for my girlfriend but nobody responded at all… The door isn’t soundproof at all. The hotel warned me for playing music after 10pm, which I acknowledge was a little loud. But I was not informed in the beginning. Do consider if you want to spend only 50 more bucks per night to get a much better living condition…

Good location and budget friendly place
Nice budget friendly accommodations, no dedicated parking (parking on street). There was a mix up in room availability whne checking in but another room was made available for us. Excellent communications throughout the booking and checking in process. Appliances looked dated but were in working condition. Convenient location to restaurants, stores, and beach.

Great stay always
I always stay at this location when I’m traveling in and out of San Juan as I’m in Puerto Rico quite often this location never disappoints it’s always clean check in is super easy and efficient. It’s located around Minnie restaurants. It makes things easy to get to.

The hotel was beautiful old historical absolutely gorgeous didn't like the slick floor when showering and then coming out of bathroom to get clothes was very slick needs a throw rug or something also wasn't hangers so we bought some but had to leave them behind no space the fridge was very small no room for leftovers also no microwave for leftovers but laundry machines were offered during certain times of the day I would stay there again but know what to expect this time

One night stay, fortunately someone was there to help navigate the security gates at checkin because they did not work properly. At checkout no one was present so I could not access to deliver my key at checkout. Had to leave my room key on my room bed pillow
