Large living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them with hydromassage shower), kitchen with island, large garage space, large 50m2 terrace, swimming pool with communal gardens.1 km from the Real Madrid University, 2 km from the European University Alcobendas Campus, 5/7 min walk from the Plaza Norte shopping center, 400 meters from the N-I and next to Mercadona. Close to Metro Norte, Renfe and buses to the center of Madrid.Very spacious design loft, super bright, completely exterior. With garage for 2 vehicles, gardens and swimming pool.Being on the corner it has a very open view, it overlooks a large pine forest and a bicycle path-lane.It has 2 bedrooms (the main one is a suite), 2 bathrooms, an impressive kitchen with a central island, an office area with a desk where you can telework thanks to its fast Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, a peaceful 40 m2 terrace, a 50-meter living room with a fireplace in the living room, the bar area with its bar and high stools, a sofa bed for 2 people and an indoor planter of two square meters with automatic irrigation system.Excellent qualities !! The environment is wonderful: Quiet and with large green areas, pine forest in front of the terrace, schools, sports centers, library, cultural center ... but a few minutes walk from the town of San Sebastian de Los Reyes and the largest shopping center in the north of Madrid: Plaza Norte (with cinemas, boutiques, restaurants), Carrefour, Ikea, Media Markt, Leroy Merlin, etc. For students wishing to do a postgraduate course, it is 1 km from the Real Madrid University School and 2 km from the International University of Alcobendas.Next to the building is the Mercadona supermarket, it is very practical to have it so close for daily purchases.For lovers of pedaling, the bike path passes right in front of the loft.For fans of Bullfighting, the loft is a 10 minute walk from the Plaza. There is the Metro.Buses to Madrid and the north area near the building.

-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
