The hotel is boutique. Offers a trendy vibe and atmosphere. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel are amazing. We had some hiccups with the plumbing and television. We feel the hotel could have done a better job of trying to accommodate for those issues. There are other 5 star hotels in Madrid for better value but still excellent locations and a unique stay.

We could not have had a better stay
Room 215 with a jacuzzi deck + different dining table deck. We basically felt we were 'in residence' not a hotel. Go to Mercado de la Paz (5min walk) to gather up goddies n have a private picnic. Nearby Amazonica a fun restaurant and open late bar downstairs. La Trainera great seafood.

Solid hotel. Enjoyed my stay
Great hotel. Service was top tier. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced. And loved the facilities (Jacuzzi) Would definitely go back. The only 2 slight negatives for me was the price of the food. €26 for a club sandwich is steep and choice is pretty limited I thought. The other is the area, I personally prefer the Cheuco area of Madrid rather than the location of the Bless Hotel but everything is in walking distance so wasn’t the end of the world.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. The property is in a great location but post Covid, the restaurant changed and it’s terrible and the staff is indifferent and their housekeeping took my personal hair towel and put in zero effort to return it. I was very disappointed

This hotel experience is just that-an experience. I have stayed in hotels for over thirty five years-all kinds of hotels, every star category, every price point, and in locations throughout the world, and I have to say that this stands out as one of the all-time best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail is considered, every need is anticipated and met, and the littlest touches set this place apart. The only complaint (if I had to really dig deep to find one) is that the rooms are a bit smaller than those in the same price point, and the television stands are a tripping hazard. However, it is hard to say anything negative about this place. It is truly magical and I cannot recommend it enough!
