Great service, very close to the airport. Downtown Madrid is far, but easily accessible by the excellent city's subway service. The hotel offers free transport from and to airport, just be aware that it does not work from 1:00AM to 5:00AM. The room was updated and very clean. Excellent breakfast

Nice stay close to the Airport
Very convenient, just a short drive from Barajas Airport. The area itself doesn't seem to have much appeal, but is conveniently located to take public transportation to go to Madrid center. The place is comfortable, very friendly staff, and has shuttle to the airport terminals

We loved this hotel! The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Our room was MASSIVE and well appointed. The shower was bizarre and I've never laughed so hard. I still don't know what all the buttons were for. Breakfast was great and they were so accommodating for my gluten allergy.

2 day stay
We decided to stay for 2 nights and visit central Madrid. The local metro station was just around the corner. Hotel staff were friendly and effcient. The room was excellent. Coffee at breakfast was the only negative. It was poor. Only room service food served in the evening.
