The jug in the room didn’t work, rooms are only cleaned when requested, there was a used small soap stuck to the floor of the shower and the hand sanitiser in one of the lifts had fallen off the wall and was laying on the floor of the lift for 2 days.
The staff were very friendly, the room was a very good size and felt very comfy, only downside was that after you flushed the toilet it made a rather loud noise until you flushed it again.
The service was amazing and they organised a card and bottle of champagne with a tray of cheese and biscuits for our annivsary and the view was amazing.the only dislike was the carpet was very dusty and dirty
Great hotel with a great view. Very affordable prices.
Not suitable for family, no microwave no Kitchenette. the price we paid could ve easily got a much nicer, bigger and cleaner hotel. Had bed bugs!!!!! I guess it’s because this hotel was shut or didn’t use for a while due to coronavirus but still, it shouldn’t be the excuses for charging that high price for this dodgy room. Won’t be back!!!!
Probably due to pandemic but most of the rooms smoke alarms were faulty and kept flashing a bright red light every second, I finally found a room with a more subtle light, but unfortunately it didnt have all free to air Tv staions & the fitted foam seating was missing on the seated area. They found a replacement but it was too big for the seat & kept moving off ! I adapted, the staff were helpful & will report smoke alarms & Tv reception. Dont know about the padded seating though all rooms should have them as in pictures. Regards, Karen
always a great place to stay close to all shops transport
Conveniently located. Clean and good value for money
We were booked into the Ibis but on arrival were told we were the customer of the day & “upgraded” to the Novatel. Not sure why this happened but I would have assumed an upgrade meant at least complimentary breakfast at least. Not sure why this happened and still a little confused.
Was a pleasant stay.
