"Helpful and attentive staff. Sometimes service was slow but was due to minimal bartenders/many orders at once. Otherwise being right on the beach, having magnificent pools, and walking distance to many food places, this is a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast options were great.
The rooms were decent. The bathroom did have a bad smell likely because of shower/sink drainage. It aired out and was fine when leaving door and window open. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had an 0830 flight out. This was the perfect place to stay with free airport shuttle. They took us at 0515am. We were able to leave our Alamo rental here instead of dropping it off for no extra charge. The place was quiet, convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient. Checkout was easy."

"Go on the eco walk in the morning to see the howler monkeys and some cool nature, it’s an easy walk on a straight dirt path ! Star class upgrade is worth it and I feel mandatory in order to enjoy everything around the resort. Always love Royalton hotels, the wildlife here was insane. I am more than happy with my stay and am so thankful for all the amazing staff that I will never forget ! "
