Puntos positivos: 1. Muy tranquilo 2. Desayuno muy rico 3. Frente al mar (el mar muy tranquilo) 4. El personal es en su mayoria amable 5. Llavin electrónico de brazalete 6. Las habitaciones supremamete cómodas, camas de muy buena calidad, A/C excelente, ducha muy buena. 7. Cercanía a playa Carrillo (la playa más bonita) Puntos negativos 1. La calidad de la comida del room service muy muy baja. 2. No explicaron bien de entrada todos los beneficios (mala comunicación) 3. Costaba mucho que contestaran el telefono 4. Los TVs de la habitación desactualizados y no se podia ver plataformas digitales ni conectar el teléfono. 5. La comida de uno de los 5 restaurantes y el principal ( Chill and Grill) dejó muchísimo que desear, las guarniciones parecían básicas y la comida insípida. 6. La mayoría del personal era muy nuevo (1-2 meses). 7. Horarios, todo cierra muy temprano, a las 10 pm se apaga todo (el room service a las 9 ya dejaba de funcionar). En general no está bien balanceada la relacion costo/beneficio, por lo que uno paga esperaría algo más. Le doy un 7/10

The property was emasculate. I did feel there needs to be improvement on the dining experience, weak drinks at the bar, the timeliness of being served at the restaurants, not enough guest relations and spa activities. Was unable to book anything through travel, therefore, entire trip was spent at the hotel. The TV only showed mostly Spanish, wish we did not understand. Our swing outside the balcony fell on top of us once we sat in it together. To name a few. The restaurant said our room would be filled with snacks and refreshments, not so. No snacks, poor selection on refreshments.
