No me gusto el desayuno no tenían mucha variedad y la calidad de lo que tenían no estaba al nivel del lugar. Además durante el desayuno no tenían agua disponible porque las tuberías se habían ensuciado por tanta lluvia, se entiende la razón pero al menos hubieran ofrecido botellas de agua al cliente que lo solicitaba. Otro asunto que fue una desventaja fue que el edifico 500 no contactaba con servicio de WIFI y mi hija necesitaba conectarse a una reunión. Lo que disfrutamos fue la cena noche del martes en el restaurant Laggus y el servicio del segundo piso del restaurante

First our keys didn’t work, we couldn’t contact them WiFi didn’t work on our phones, we were visiting from USA. Luckily our next door guest saw and called front office. When we entered the bathroom had been not flushed and dustbin had garbage in it. We tried to flush the toilet it didn’t flush. They changed the room, where bed linen was not changed had blood stain. They canceled our night walk tour because of rain but next day we heard other night tours happened in the area. It was not a pleasant experience.

No wifi on all the hotel. Been down for a while it seems because the access points are not even online at all. Also Monteverde averiguare teneorsturrs are like 2 degrees centigrade higher than previous years and this hotel with their 100 has no air conditioning or even ceiling fans on the rooms. Extremely hot during the day, you can open the balcony door if you want bugs (not even a screen door). TV signal has been divided into so many rooms and humdinger without proper equipment and boosters that all channels are grainy or fuzzy. Smart tvs with no wired Internet btw. They got EV chargers at the entrance of the hotel instead of having then on the guest parking lots for each buildings where the cars sleep through the night (or at least some 240v outlets). In the end got the room for the same price, with no internet, no ac or fans, crappy tv signal. Summary: overpriced for the amenities, guess they don’t want to invest on making the rooms better.

We stayed here for two nights. View from the balcony was amazing to watch the clouds moving in towards you. Service was amazing. It was my wife’s birthday and the restaurant surprised her with a special dessert.

The wifi is terrible and apparently they do not carry toothpaste/dental kits. It caused us some inconvenience. Additionally a glass panel of the backdoor fell off and narrowly missed me with in minutes of getting in the room. Though somebody came and fixed it, we did not get an apology or an offer to move rooms etc. Thankfully we were staying for just a night and did not want to cause fuss.

El no poder evitar que la luz entre, es incomodo si quieres descansar un poco mas, tiene varios huecos por donde se pasa el aire y están tapados con maskin, y la cama King que se indicaba en la reserva era matrimonial o Queen.
