"The hotel, a Leading Hotels of the World member, is well located, next to Margaret Thatcher Plaza. We booked a Red Level Deluxe room which included Club Room access and separate check-in on the 7th floor. "Upon checking in 2e were told we needed to upgrade due to our 5 year old needing an extra bed in the room, however upon receiving the paperwork we noticed only two adults remained but the room was ``upgraded`` and we were charged for it despite asking about the free upgrade from our VIP benefits with expedia- everything else was ok- only problem was the room upgrade.
