Too much mold in the Air Con never replaced, bathroom had sewage odor wouldn't go away. The room is beautiful by it caused me to get sick again everytime i stay longer then day.

I picked this hotel because it's close to my condo and shopping stores. Accessibility to transportation. But I think sogo hotel needs to produce much bigger rooms that what they have now. More rooms not only for lovers but for families as well. Including rooms with windows.

Very satisfying room accomodation and services. Personnels were very friendly, too.

Small room. Small toilet/shower no separation. Staff was very polite, but, overworked and things took more time than it should. Even the little things. The only positive about this was their 10 min. or it's free policy for room service, a simple order of oatmeal took 37 minutes, ..... but it was free.

It was horrible. First they gave us a room which the door lock is not working properly. In the first they should never allow guest to stay in a room which is not 100% safe. Housekeeping is not automayic, you need to call them atleast 4times before the housekeping service arrives. We booked for a room that non-smoking but when you enter the room you can smell the cigarette smoke all over the place.
