Great access to High Street
Room was great although the space is small. Parking is limited so we had to park in nearby area and just transfer to the hotel when the slot was available. There is no option for valet as well, so this is a bit inconvenient. The place is very accessible to High Street which was a big plus. Their coffeeshop has limited seats. The hotel was fully booked when we were there, so there was a long queue in the buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.

For a 4 star hotel and thec3rd time i stayed there it was disappointing. Room cleaning was poor ho hand towels, no bath mat. Sheets not changed in 3 days. 3 mornings a 20 minute wait to get into the breakfast restaurant, then omelette was undercooked because they were too busy. No late checkout for a gold member. Rooftop service was slow and many items on the menu not available
