Nice hotel in a relatively calm area with space around. Pool, basket ball court. Nice elevator. Good breakfast, wifi (but not a permanent connection), shower. Window to receive light, can be partly opened for air. Working air exhaust in bathroom. 2 large comfortable beds. One chair. Cooling either too much or too little. Many annoying small problems : kettel not working, TV has no remote control, fridge has no light, safe is not really usable, not enough drinking water (1/4 l per person per day if the room is serviced), toilet dirty under the seat, no sign "clean the room|do not disturb", door does not close well (spring too weak). Staff does nothing after requests.

While the staff and service were excellent and location is close to a mall, we encountered several issues during our stay. The room was heavily sprayed with disinfectant due to a lingering cigarette smell, and the toilet had rust stains. Additionally, outside conversations were quite audible. Very good hotel in condominium

This hotel is part of a condominium with shared swimming pool and basket ball court. Room has real window, air exhaust through bathroom only when card is inserted. Large TV with usable HDMI. Many electrical plugs. Good for laptop. Good breakfast with large menu. Lobby very comfortable. Little internal and external noise. Close to shopping malls. Bathroom has some humidity damages. This is missing: a drinking water dispender. Safe only works with key (no code): not safe indeed.

The internet was down most of the time in the 3 night stay. Dining room bar closed at 6 pm. Had to repeat & ask for service unfortunately slow. The pool was not like picture & far away from hotel like 3 blocks & people from the Bario snuck over fence to use. On the plus side. The mall was close. The room size was good. Towels are not not really white. They provide 2 towels and 1 towel for the floor but I asked another big towel because every time I brushed my teeth My clothes wet all The time because the sink is too high for me so they told me use the towels that use for the floor but its clean the problem is even if it’s clean once it get wet it will Look like dirty because the towels is usually use for the toilet floor. There’s one cockroach in our room since morning they hide under the bed but we caught it at night and I squeezed with my sleeper. We called the front desk the lady who answered said she’ll let the staff to clean. We waited more than 30mins no one came to our room to clean. I went outside the room to see if there is a staff outside and luckily I saw Resty or Rusty on the hallway and asked if he’s able to clean the area with dead cockroach and he cleaned it. Otherwise staff are nice. Close to shopping mall We have to request sign for the door do not disturb because we don’t have it in our room. The breakfast ok egg and dating na bang is are too oily , no fruits and veggies not much selection and if you want more you have to pay extra. The table on coffee machine has either ants or fruits flies so dirty . I wished they clean it daily bec they handling foods.

When I checked in, I was assigned a room with dirty linens and a used beer can. I had just come from a long flight, so it was disappointing. The restaurant staff was EXCELLENT. The location was near a major mall. My stay was fine after the first incident, but it was ruined at checkout when a staff member questioned me why there was only one hanger in the closet, using an accusatory tone as if I had stolen it. There was only one hanger to begin with. This hotel could have been fine if the front desk staff were trained to handle issues like they did with me. I told them to add a hanger because I would feel bad for the next guest who would be subjected to an accusation of theft, as they did to me. Although they apologized, the damage had already been done.
