"We stayed at this hotel for a business trip and meetings in Makati. The location is good. There is an excellent Indian restaurant nearby. The manager in the breakfast room gave us good service. There were a few problems related to housekeeping but they were sorted out once informed."

"This hotel was amazing. We didn't realize we were getting a 2-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, a living room, a furnished kitchenette, and a washer/dryer! The pool was also incredible, with an amazing view by night or day. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive. We also really appreciated being so close to malls, restaurants, and the Ayala Triangle, all within easy walking distance. We will not even think about staying at a different hotel when we return."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The only real issue was an electrical panel near the entrance of the room that made a constant buzzing noise. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would have someone check it, but it was never resolved. Since I was only staying for a few days, I didn't pursue it further. The room also included a kitchen, which I never used. Personally, I found the sleeping area a bit cramped, with a low ceiling around the bed that made the space feel smaller than I prefer. Because of that, I probably wouldn't choose this room again, but my overall experience was still positive."

"Very nice comfortable bed & room except for loud noises from traffic & other guests slamming doors. Room was very clean, enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff. I will stay here again when my wife & I are on vacation or business trip. I’m sorry that a nail sticking out of a chair in the restaurant pierced the skin on my wife’s leg the first day here. The hotel management only put a bandage on her injury. I feel like something more should have been done by management to prevent this from happening & to show their respect. If someone was hurt in my restaurant, I would at least offer them the meal to be complimentary rather than being charged."
