Expected a higher quality experience, room so dark, tiles on bathroom floor loose, even a cockroach in the bathroom at 2 am in the morning, fancy breakfast but had to ask for basics, my table missing knife and fork, milk had run out, no one topping up, no one checking. Just expected better for that kind of money

Worth it!
Stayed here as a family - 2 adults and 2 little kids. First and foremost, the location is EXCELLENT! For a hotel in the middle of BGC, the location, size of the room and price is unbeatable. They offer a wide variety of buffet breakfast (6:30 - 10:00 am) which normally costs approximately PhP 8,000. The staff are friendly and courteous. There's a daily cleaning including 2 bottled water daily. The downside, in my opinion, is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It's not as clean as I expected it to be or perhaps it needed more maintenance as I could see numerous black spots in the grout of the shower stall. Overall, for the price, it's definitely worth it and I highly recommend.

Got a complimentary upgrade which was great. Bed is firm which I like, although pillow was too soft. Room was clean and spacious. TV channels were limited, but was not my priority anyway. Location is great, very near High Street. Overall highly recommended.
