Almost all of the staff are very courteous and accommodating. They made sure our stay in the hotel was memorable and worth every penny. The beds were a bit small from what we were expecting nevertheless it was clean and comfortable. I will be forever grateful and proud to have stayed in this hotel

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Manila. I’ve stayed at the Shangrila, Fairmont , Discovery Primea, Raffles and Dusit Thani. Peninsula Manila is the worst. The staff are not at all helpful. They make you feel like you inconvenience them anytime you ask them a question or express any concerns. The only nice thing about the hotel is its lobby. Come for a visit but never stay.
