Don't rent a car ever in London, waste of time waste of money! You need to get to know the subways routs or apps for transportation. Watch out using your phone on the roads ! Must visit the Hyde park, Oxford street at daytime and Piccadilly at night.

Don't be afraid to use the Underground! Use Apple Maps, put in where you want to go, choose train icon, the app will walk you to the correct train and show you which stop to get off. No need to buy a ticket, just tap cc or phone. Faster than a cab.

Overall, London is beautiful, transportation is easy and around the clock. One major thing to highlight is keep your phone safe, my wife was picked pocket and lost her brand new phone while walking in Camden Market. Always keep your phone in your bag

London has incredible historic sights & very efficient public transportation. The only drawback-the overwhelming number of tourists in July (as I was one of them). I was impressed w/city cleanliness (almost no trash despite few trash cans available).

Chritmas is massively celebrated across london. The lights are amazing everywhere. But be prepared for a sea of tourists. Almost every pub and restaurant had a queue. Faboulous for the British ecconomy. We did 31,000 steps in one afternoon/evening sh
"Very enjoyable arrived early but where checked in early also and given a lovely room with a fantastic view of tower bridge and the tower of london. Compliments to the gent who checked us in don't remember his name unfortunately. He even warned us about possible noise from ungoing work but there was absolutely no disruption we could here. Room was comfortable and clean and had everything we required. Not too far from nearest tube stop which was handy for our planned activities. Enjoyed breakfast on both mornings and buffet was well stocked and didn't have to ask for anything extra plenty of choice. Area around hotel was lively too and would welcome this on another trip with different plans but didn't disturb us at evening. Would highly recommend to friends and family to visit. Hope to be back again ourselves on our next trip."
"Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent location to major London attractions. Very walkable to all you need. Plus major transportation, train, if you need to go to other areas of London. Airport is about 2 hours away by car."
"Easy walk from London Waterloo, but also very close to Lembeth walk tube station, lovely entrance way with chilled water. All the staff we encountered were super helpful there was also a good presence of (perhaps management) people ensuring everything was running smoothly.
The room was clean with a great air con system to ensure it was never too hot or cold.
We used the pool twice and was easy to book it lots of available towels, clean changing rooms, and again a presence of staff ensuring it was clean and floors were mopped and dry. If I was going to be picky the edges of the pool there were seals that were a bit mucky and starting to come off.
Probably my only disappointment was breakfast the queue was quite long (9.30 Saturday morning) and then the food was ok, bacon was good. Bread was a bit stale and just felt lacking in some bits. A little slow to refill things especially orange juice and the breakfasts area just felt a bit chaotic and not overly enjoyable.
I would definitely stay again but next time maybe go out for breakfast x"
"Great property! The rooms are big for London, very clean and modern. The location is excellent - close to trains and buses to go to any area of London, walking distance musicals, restaurants, and attractions like Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Highly recommend"
"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "
