Not a bad hotel. My only issue was that the staff seemed to all be in a constant state of anxiety making me very reluctant to make any requests. I didnt feel that guests were particularly prioritized. Good location though!

Wonderful Kensington Hotel
We actually made the reservation to stay at Royal Garden at 11 PM on the date of our arrival. We had booked into another hotel in London, and the first hotel turned out to be a DISASTER. We found a great rate for Royal Garden on the Hotels.com site, and we Ubered over and checked in within 30 minutes of booking. Our room was amazing. It was very large by English standards and was on par with an American-sized room. The bathroom was beautiful, spacious and spotless. Beds were comfy, and the location in the middle of Kensington cannot be surpassed. Most of all, the staff members were SUPERIOR. From the bellmen, to the housekeepers and especially the concierge, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for turning what could have been a miserable stay in London into a treat!
