Great hotel in a prime location of central London
Very nice views on the river, big comfortable bed and very relaxing room. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and tube station 5 minutes away. Service was very good and all needs were catered for including being supplied a portable heater when the room was a little cold, which the only negative we found was that their is no way to change room temperature as it is done centrally. Overall very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. Also the outside of the hotel might not look amazing but inside is a completely different story.

Nice hotel, has a UK feel, a little older in the rooms, but updated it the lobby area. Great location and gorgeous view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, couldn't ask for more!

Dowdy & outdated
The rooms are incredibly outdated and in desperate need of a refurb. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The images used of the bedroom are modern which is very misleading. I had high hopes when we were given a room on the 9th floor on the executive floors but was very disappointed with the dowdy, traditional style. The view over the marina and city was nice though. Room service was ok although they got our order wrong so had to make 3 visits to our room to sort it when we just wanted to eat and relax. I only stayed here as I had an early start for an event in-house but wouldn’t stay again. I prefer more modern hotels so if you do too this isn’t the hotel for you! I stayed in a Hub by Premier Inn in the same trip which was so much nicer and cleaner
