Stayed for 1 night for a business visit. Check in was incredibly smooth, and reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an Executive Room, which was fantastic - large, comfortable bed in a spacious room. I heard no noise from surrounding rooms and had an unusually great nights sleep for a hotel room. And a great location, right on the Marble Arch corner of Hyde Park - just with I'd had more time to spend there. Will certainly look to stay here again in future.
