I was at this hotel for 6 days & nights for a conference and to be honest, I expected a lot more from this hotel. The facility is fairly outdated in many rooms with parts that need to be repaired or updated. In the room that I was in for the week, the carpet appeared to be well frayed and the drapes were dirty. The conference rooms were constantly cold, particularly during the last 2 days of the conference, even the facilitators commented on how cold the spaces were. The hotel restaurant wasn't capable of handling the large number of conference attendees and although there were several restaurants within a 5 mile walk, most of the adjacent restaurants also seemed to struggle with the capacity of attendees. The larger, public restrooms appeared to be poorly maintained with several instances of seeing water on the floor next to toilets or toilets being out of order. The best thing about this stay was the helpful and positive interactions with some of the hotel staff as they were very friendly. For the cost, I would not be able to recommend this hotel to others.
