Only 1 elevator worked
Having only 1 elevator work during one of the busiest weekends in Vegas (EDC) was a pain. We waited over 10 minutes for The only elevator working to finally reach the lobby floor. And it would get full every time. The shower not have a door or curtain made it a bit inconvenient to get ready with another couple in the room. The queen bed was small and uncomfortable. The bed frame would squeak a lot every time you moved.

It could’ve been better.
Surprised with a $50 deposit.. I will put that onto me for not reading the website.. Then charged an additional $20 for early check in. I got here after 1 pm and told check in was normally 3 pm after traveling all day switching 2 flights to get here. I needed to stay another night so tries to extend stay told I’d be charged the same fees today even though I’m in the room already. Had to make another reservation at a different hotel and will probably have the same issue there as check out here is at 12 noon however check in starts at 3 pm.

Horrible!
Our stay was horrible. We had booked a king room and were given a double full room. They said they would get us into the king room the next night. They did not accomodate this at all during our stay. Our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. We werent even given hand towels. The hotel was filthy. The casino and front desk staff were rude.

Never stay again
Your valet stalled items from my car and when I inform security security said there’s nothing they can do I told them why did your valet take stuff out of my vehicle without permission and was expecting all my items to show up at my room. Will never stay there again the hotel does not take ownership for the actions of their employees. Apparently it’s OK to steal from guests
