The only good thing is the restaurant downstairs
The only good thing about this apartment is the restaurant downstairs and the cafe in the corner. The apartment is in dire conditions. The AC doesn’t work properly and we found the filters to be clogged with dirt which indicates no maintenance. The overall cleaning was bad with dirts under the bed and sofa. There is mold in many parts of the bathroom and some walls. There was also sewage water on the stairs entrance and stairs with a horrible smell that got into the apartment.
