Great location!
Stayed at HF Fénix Lisbon for 2 nights and it is in the best location with a metro station just across the road. The hotel staff are very helpful and the only downside was the extremely hard bed (although better than a soft mattress!) and noisy air conditioning in the room, which does help to black out the road traffic. Compared to other hotels in Lisbon, this is worth 4 stars.

Great hotel in a good location.
Hotel is well located with lots of dining options. We parked in a parking station a couple of blocks away from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. a large range of food available.
