Fantastic All-inclusive for 40's and Up
This is a wonderful all-inclusive opened in February 2024 for adults (18+). I would highly recommended upgrading to the Premium stay option if the separate pool area and lounge are desired for smaller crowds and relaxation. The Social Pool for all guests is great, just expect music played and water activities, etc.- hence the "social" aspect of it. The other guests staying there were like us, people in their 40's plus up to retirement and some there with their adult children on holiday. Was a great group of guests to meet and we loved our room, the selection of restaurants, and the nightly entertainment- especially the groups they brought in for dancing.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Secrets Playa Blanca! The property is stunning and the view upon arrival set the mood. Our check in was quick and easy and our butler, Adrian, gave us a short tour of the resort on our way to lunch. Adrian provided excellent personal service throughout the week, even through Tropical Storm Helene, and on his day off. He was always available through WhatsApp and made sure we were comfortable and happy! Our room was spotless and luxurious (preferred club tropical view). We overlooked the preferred pool and even had a bit of ocean view. We loved the soaking tub on the balcony. We also enjoyed the preferred club bar, especially during small rain showers. The various pools allowed us to experience various environments (quiet, active, fun, etc.) and we had good drink service at each. Elias provided great concierge service at both the pools and the beach and we appreciated his personal touch. We also had great service from Rafa, Alonso, and Daniel! Meals were all delicious, but we particularly enjoyed Portofino (arancini, spaghetti carbonara), El Patio (empanadas, crab enchiladas, tableside guacamole, pork shank, and bunuelo dessert), and Himitsu (spicy tuna and tempura shrimp sushi, gyozas, and gai pad entree). We had excellent service from Leoncio and Victor at Portofino, Jonathan at El Patio, and Omar at Himitsu. Fernando and Leonardo took good care of us at the breakfast buffet too. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary trip!

This was our first time at one of the Hyatt Secrets Resorts and we decided to give this one a try for Our Anniversary. We were here for 5 days. Our personal concierge was outstanding! But our first day at one of the restaurants Bordeaux our server seem to be having a bad day and I could feel it. This was about to ruin our night but we decided after to try another restaurant and Went to OCEANA we enjoyed it there and our server Max he was smiling and joyful so I think thats what actually fixed our first night !. But it was so difficult finding poolside staff to get drinks or food. But the last day 2 days it wasn't so bad because it seemed like Hyatt Corporate HR was visiting and for some reason We were getting the best service ever. I have visited 3 resorts this year in Mexico and I'll have to put this one on the bottom of my list. Maybe in the future I'll decide to give it another try heard because I heard it's pretty new resort. DON'T let this review change your mind this was our Experience!
