"Staff was welcoming, attentive, friendly and always had a smile on their face and ready to help. Their tour groups on site were not pushy and helped us decide on the best choice for us."
"This experience was like no other. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had an amazing time and we plan to come back. The only thing that I would suggest is for you to book your dinners in advance the dinners at the restaurants are amazing. The buffet was under construction, so the food was not that great in the makeshift buffet. Breakfast was great."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Quintana Roo
Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Quintana Roo is from September to November, when hotel prices are generally lower. For those on a budget, a stay of at least 4 days is recommended to fully explore the region's significant landmarks and cultural attractions. This timeframe allows visitors to appreciate the rich history, stunning natural sites, and vibrant culture that Quintana Roo has to offer, making it a great value for money.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: Hotels.com offers travellers the opportunity to explore DealsOpens in a new window in Quintana Roo, where you may discover enticing offers. By checking the Last-Minute Deals section, you're more likely to see discounted hotel rates if bookings are made near your travel date. Additionally, the app's Smart Shopping tool allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, keeping you updated on any changes. Enabling email alerts or push notifications ensures you remain informed about flash sales and last-minute promotions, so you could find the perfect getaway just in time.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more affordable stay in a Quintana Roo hotel. If you're interested in unique accommodations, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and sometimes better value. When you make a booking with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer you a more budget-friendly option.
Consider your location: Staying in the heart of major cities in Quintana Roo undoubtedly provides convenience and easy access to local attractions, yet this central location tends to come with a higher price tag. In contrast, smaller towns and rural areas are more likely to offer accommodation options at a more affordable rate. For travellers seeking better value, choosing hotels outside the bustling city centre might be a sensible option, even though it could entail additional commuting to key attractions. Alternatively, exploring nearby cities—which also have plenty to offer—may lead to more budget-friendly experiences without sacrificing the quality of the visit.
