Disappointing!
This property does not have a kids club it has kids activities, I would not have booked had I known. Also, beware of dress code which is ridiculous, no tank tops at breakfast for men but women can be in their bathing suits and shorts. Also, some people discriminated against having baseball caps on while others not a problem. The towels although just replenished always had stains on them. The hotel requires some renovations in all aspects.

Yadi Mayor was incredible. She was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was amazing. Your resort is Beautiful and well maintained and we both had an amazing time. The property was very well kept and the grounds were beautiful. The entire sraff, from housekeeping to ground crew, to front desk to food sraff, were extremely polite and welcoming. Absolutely a wonderful getaway.

Thank you so much for making this get away the best one yet !!! We loved everything about this resort! They had a birthday cake & little decor in our room ! we felt very welcomed from the start !!! Everyone greeted us & treated us amazing ! The mojito bar was our #1 favorite spot along w all the other options of restaurants to eat at ! Everything was great food was delicious in all the restaurants I loved that we had so many options to choose from ! The Starbucks w the hanging beds was another one of my favorites! The view was amazing right Infront of the beach ! The cleanliness was A1!! We loved everything I can go on & on but you really have to experience it yourself ! We will definitely come back to this resort with our family next time ! Thanks again for everything!!

Staff and Food were Excellent! Top notch dining service and menu options made our stay phenomenal. The room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the daily refills of bottles of water. We enjoyed the pools (so many areas to choose from) and kids pool with the slide was awesome for our nieces and nephews. The pizza joint next to the kids pool was super convenient to get us all fed while enjoying the fun activities scheduled for the kids. For instance, there was a foam party where the kids had a blast with the mountain of bubbles. There was nightly entertainment which was also excellent. And we particularly enjoyed peaking at all the wedding reception parties that happened pool-side on at least 3 of the 7 nights of our stay. It’s a really good resort and I’d recommend it for families with kids.

Quiet relaxed sister trip.
Azul Cancun is perfect for families, sister trips and friends getaway. Resort is manageable in size and easy to get around. We experienced a very quiet atmosphere. Food options are endless and all delicious. Beach did have lots of seaweed but the staff worked diligently to keep it clean. Water wasn’t clear or blue .. but two weeks of storms had been occurring before we arrived on Sept 17. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this resort.
