Nice hotel. Skip the spa.
We booked this hotel for the spa. The day before the appointment, we were called and told the spa amenities were not available but we could still come for the body treatments. The day of, we were told they did not have hot water, so we could only have basic massages. Despite asking for a discount, the couples’ 50 min Swedish massages cost us $360. The room was cold and the tables were not heated.
The hotel itself was huge. Valet parking was only $10/day. We were charged $30/day resort fees. It took quite some time to walk to our room but the suite itself was gorgeous. Two rooms with two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the lake. We didn’t try the food at the hotel but did venture out to the village. It was smaller than we expected but the food was good. I would stay again for the large room near the strip but in a quieter neighborhood. But, I would find a different spa in the future.
