The resort was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Room service was awesome. Pool was BEAUTIFUL. The food was good. . Would room had two queen beds. Room was spacious and very clean. The only issue we encountered in our initial room was the AC would not cool after the first night. They quickly sent a repair man who attempted to fix the issue. When he realized it couldn’t be fixed right away we were moved to another room with no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hilton all inclusive resort in Cancun, staff was rude, the food was bland, and worst the amenities were simply aweful. My 8 year old daughter was swimming on the kids pool, I noticed something in the water, a kid has defecated on the pool, tried to contact a manager a lifeguard, no interest, until an hour later, I pulled out my daughter out of the water immediately but now she has a rash on his arm. I have pictures of the specimen in the water and iam debating to put them on trip advisors or Expedia website. Simply disappointing.

The property itself was nice. It wasn’t as big compared to the ones I’ve been to before. We got it for cheap too, so you really get what you paid for. Few things that gave me the ick were how unfriendly the staff were and how misleading the amenities listed upon booking were. Probably wouldn’t book here again.

This is a new and beautiful property. It is nested between the ocean and jungle. we went in August so it was extremely hot and humid but the hotel did a great job with picking up all the seaweed from ocean & And the staff was very nice. The only thing I wish they had more was family style entertainment. We did watch Aladdin one night and that was a cool show

Excellent staff!! The main pool was a little too warm and the pool was cloudy. The pool bartenders were excellent. The hotel lobby could have used one or two more, as it was always packed. The beach Does not have the prettiest water. This is the first time I’ve been to Cancun and stayed where the water was not that crystal clear pretty blue. The hotel was beautiful though!
