The property location is good enough to book for this hostel. However, staff has no English knowledge at all (but they were helpful anyway), rooms are too packed, beds are inflatable which are too noisy, there is no common area/place to sit etc. The room I stayed was too small but there were 4 bunk-beds which are for 8 people. So, this was making the room full of male-odor. The toilets and the bathrooms are daily cleaned and were clean enough. Yet, the showers are so small and are few in number.

Terrível!
O Hostel até que é bem novo, o problema é que é bem desorganizado. Cheguei lá e não acharam minha reserva, o rapaz teve que procurar em mensagem do WhatsApp pra achar, os hóspedes são super mal educados e barulhentos, ninguém tem respeito pelo horário de dormir. As roupas de cama estavam usadas e sujas, os armários o inquilino não sabia o código de segredo… Não sei pq, mas esses Hostel fica cheio de colombiano e venezuelano, daí eles são mal educados, ficam gritando no quarto até as 2 da manhã junto com o rapaz que toma conta do hotel, tocam música alta no quarto parecendo estarem em um bar, sem nenhum respeito pelos outros hóspedes. Alguém lá achou que seria uma boa colocar colchões de ar nos beliches. São super desconfortáveis e extremamente barulhentos, se você respira já acorda o quarto todo. Só fiquei nesse Hostel pq ele é quase no lado do Santiago Bernabéu, mas me arrependi amargamente. Ps. Tem um imigrante colombiano hospedado lá que fica no quarto de cima. Acho que ele é recrutador de imigrantes que vão morar em Madrid. Cuidado, ele não parece ser boa gente.
