Fabulous hotel with a sunny roof terrace. The roof was very busy with music playing fairly loudly (we stayed in May and it was 28 degrees). I prefer a quiet roof terrace however the staff and other guests were super friendly and it was fine for a day's sunbathing. The unexpected drag bingo at 5pm was lots of fun. The reception staff were great and let us check in early. Great location, very central. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Toiletries stocked daily. Room cleaned later in afternoon. Towels only changed if required in line with eco policy. Layout of our bedroom took a bit of getting used to. Breakfast satisfying. Loved the roof top terrace. Location excellent for all the sites and great area to stay.

A gem in Centro Madrid
The 2 gentlemen who were at the front desk during my visit were excellent! Love this location and hotel! Super close to Atocha train station, the Prado, and Centro Madrid. Not a touristy area, and lots of fabulous restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk. Rooftop bar and pool was fantastic!!

Highly recommended, unique hotel
Of all the places I stayed in my multi-city trip, this was my favorite. The rooms aren’t the standard “holiday inn.” They have some personality to them. The front desk even let me check in before official check-in time (off season… I’m sure they couldn’t always do that) and I was EXTREMELY grateful. Great wifi - able to get all of my work done. Even though I wasn’t the stereotypical guest for this hotel, I’d absolutely stay here again.
