All the staff was friendly and helpful. All the rooms face the ocean, so regardless of where your room is you have a great view. The kids splash pad was great for the little ones. The hotel app made it easy to put in reservations to the restaurants that required reservations. We will definitely be coming back with the family.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Mar Caribe! We traveled with two other families and had a great time. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The service was impeccable, and the food options were really good for Cancun. We didn’t care too much for the dinner buffet, but the other sit down dinners were all really good Including the Italian restaurant, hibachi, the Asian restaurant and the Mexican restaurant. The entertainment was great and the activity staff were superb. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to get actual hot tubs on the property. They listed them as hot, but they were colder than the pool. Brr Had there been actually hot tubs, the hotel would’ve been just perfect. The beach was very nice in the water is pristine however, the ocean during that time was very choppy and you could not really go in and definitely not any kids under the age of 12 or so depending on their height otherwise they would be under water. The red flag were out all week but of course that’s not a fault of the hotel. Splash area and slides were an hit for our kids! They loved it and our 1 bedroom suite was great for our family of 4. We Had plenty of space to spread out and we had an Had plenty of space to spread out and we had a lovely view of the ocean. Overall we had a lovely time and definitely would come back!

Magical Mexico
Our stay was just Awesome!! The friendly Staff at every turn to help you along or answer questions. Hotel was beautiful. Our Room had the Plunge Pool. Let me tell you, its worth it. The experience is so magnificent that its wonderful for photos. The Food was Outstanding!! From Room service 24hr to the Buffet to the Steak House. Room was truly Amazing. The large shower Room. The exquisite bath tub. Hotel Staff keeps Your Mini Fridge Stocked everyday and more on request. This was really a beautiful place to experience. Very Thankful To ALL the staff, that make it the best HILTON i have stayed in.
