Basic accommodations in downtown area near bus terminal
The hotel is very basic and in need of a renovation in some areas. This is not the type of property for someone looking for a beautiful lobby or good restaurant, but more for someone seeking basic and affordable accommodations, though with a nice pool. I stayed here specifically to be near the ADO bus terminal, which is a 5-minute taxi ride away, as I arrived at Cancún Airport (be aware that the taxi fare to the hotel is a whopping US$68) and needed to connect to an ADO bus to Mérida the next day. PROS: convenient downtown location near bus terminal, clean basic rooms, affordable rate including breakfast, nice pool if you want to relax. CONS: parts of the property and rooms need renovation, expensive taxi fare from the airport, not very appealing restaurant.

Internet is not in the whole hotel as per the desc
I really really appreciate the birthday decorated room. I will be back but I'll be cognisant to ask for a room with internet. I chose this hotel because I saw that they advertised really good internet/cable but it's not in the whole hotel. Breakfast was great and the people were too.

Nada mas hicimos check in dejamos nuestras maletas en la habitacion y nos fuimos a la piscina. Al regresar no pude encontrar unos pendientes y un collar que estaba casi segura habia traido conmigo en mi viaje. No quise hacer drama, ni acusar sin pruebas. Me dije a lo mejor lo deje en mi casa y no lo recuerdo. Para mi sorpresa al llegar a casa ni los pendientes ni el collar estaban. Les recomiendo no dejen ningun objeto de valor fuera de la caja de seguridad, principalmente si acaban de llegar al hotel.
