Very friendly staff!
We arrived early and had to wait for our room, so we had lunch and relaxed. We were on the adult side, so the butler showed us to our room. I was exhausted from waiting, so it seemed to take forever as he showed us around, but after that the room was beautiful, relaxing, and we had much of what we needed. We could see the ocean from the balcony. We also overlooked the pool, so the room was nice.
They have showers in the lobby but nobody told us. That should be the first thing they say when you have to wait after traveling all day.
There were ice machines all throughout, though sometimes they were out of ice. But we walked down one flight and got it.
If I could make any improvement, I would add water fill up stations around, and a free cup to each guest. We had to get water bottles all the time, then throw them out. The cups at the bar were also disposed. Having the option of less plastic waste would be a good improvement.

"Resort was awesome. It is very large but has shuttles if you don’t want to walk. Lots of pools, bartenders were great, entertainment was great, lots of food options and never had to wait long to be seated. There weren’t any planned teen activities but plenty to do on your own. We would recommend. "

"I seen a lot of mixed reviews of this resort before coming. I travelled with my 2-year old daughter and husband. Not only did my daughter have the time of her life but we also enjoyed every moment. In fact she cried when we left saying she wants to stay! The weather was amazing. We enjoyed the food. The room was clean and every staff we encountered went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning. "
