Not the best place to go.
The stuff unlocks and opens the doors after they ring the bell once. They just wait two seconds. If you can’t get to the door they just get in. Beds are hard. Food was not the best and made us sick. Most of the stuff members are very nice.

Fun time!
My 9-year old daughter had a blast! Some of the daily activities listed were not available, which was disappointing. We had a reservation for the character breakfast (which was an added charge), but the staff could not find the reservation the morning of the breakfast. The staff worked hard to right the situation. Definitely could be more organized, but overall we had an enjoyable vacation.

Good Overall Experience
The overall experience was good. Not excellent. Hotel is an awesome place for kids. Children entertainment everywhere at all hours (normal operating hours). Now, service was not that good. Room mini bar does not gets refilled, even tough we called to get it refilled. A la Carte Restaurants service was disorganized and slow, except the Spacewalker rest, which was excellent. The food quality was very inconsistent, except the Fresco seafood restaurant, which was delicious. Alcohol quality was poor but it gets the job done. Kids menus in all restaurants and buffets were perfect. Basically, the hotel is perfect for kids and the adults must lower their standards and not expect a 5 star hotel quality.

Great experience
The hotel accommodations were great! Definitely catered to the children for activities and a lot of family events. The club nick was amazing with our daughter (4 years old). Very clean and safe and the staff was so welcoming. Karina and the staff at club nick were so good with all the kids and ensured their safety! The bartenders at the main pool made the best drinks and Carlos was very kind to us and made sure we had everything we needed for our day at the beach. The prestige club staff especially Karen were nothing but amazing and ensured we had the best time and Jonathan took very good care of us. The concierge staff at gazebo 1 & 2 really did make sure we had everything scheduled we wanted to do in our short trip! The spa was the best experience and the couples massage really did ensure as a couple we left feeling amazing. The theme nights were a blast. The food was good but I was surprised of the limited Availability of restaurants opened and the room service took awhile. We will be visiting agin
