Super friendly staff, very attentive and so nice! They made it feel like family, everyone was very warm and so helpful, the food was great in the restaurants, but sometimes not so great in the buffet. The only thing that was not so good was guest service over the phone, I asked if they could help me find medicine for my son who had a bad headache and I told them to please charge it to my room, the guy on the phone said he would check but nobody called me back ever… also check in was a nightmare! It took over an hour since I had changed my second room to my sister’s last name when she was single, even though they had her American passports and credit cards, me to tell them about and show them the original reservation and even my mother there to attest this was the correct person, they did not let us check in until my sister asked a relative back home to go to her apartment and find a document that showed her birth last name. It was horrible! I have worked for the Ritz Carlton and we would have never done anything like this. 8 minutes top to check in someone and if name did not match completely they could give us a government issued picture ID and bank or credit card, and we would tell them we would authorize the card every night until they changed the name to the correct one on reservation instead of having them wait hours to check in. But other than that, everything else was great!
