Very spacious resort, lots of amenities. Room key cards regularly deactivated, which is one of the reasons for the low rating. Whe showering the washroom gets soaked. Room was clean and spacious. We add access to the beach. The restaurants/buffet was delicious. A lot of options. Excellent customer service. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I felt very safe and welcoming.
