Pros. I loved my rooftop jacuzzi room. The pools are nice, the property is clean. Lots of activities and places to go to on the resort! The staff was amazing: Carlos Carter from online concierge was the best. He was checked in on me to see how i was doing AND he even went as far as to book restaurant reservations for me! Im very grateful for his help! Also Esteban in the animation team was great and fun! He really kepts the pool vibes going! The bartenders, Francis, Duari, Javier, Emanecio, Leidy, and Claudia made sure my drinks were yummy! They were also great to talk to and very helpful. Cons: food was subpar. Didnt taste the best and a lot of it was cold. The resort is huge. My room was the last building so pretty far from the lobby and restaurants. They do have gulf carts that will take you around but i think they should run on a time schedule because they seldom came to my part of the building so i always would end up walking very far distances. Also, i love the beach but i think they should have signs that Sea Urchins are on the beach property. Multiple ppl stepped on them. I ended up getting pricked just by standing in water. I needed a tetanus shot when i got back to the US.

Property itself is beautifully done. Very spacious, lots of entertainment, and restaurants. However, it lacks maintenance for a relatively new resort. There are visible cracks, paint chipping off the buildings - there is no upkeep. The lobby is impecable though. The food at restaurants were great, but terrible at the buffet. Reservations are required at some restaurants and close to impossible to get. I hate to say that the service was not good at all. If you call front desk, they do not answer, our friends AC broke, and they didn’t change their room until 9 pm, we had an Expedia credit and hoped to use at the spa, and one rep told us one thing, and at check out, it was something else and had to pay. There is very poor communication amongst staff. Lots of room for improvement.
