Avoid this place
Came with my family in January. Absolutely terrible stay. The only good thing is the room design. Absolutely terrible food (my father had a stomach flew for 3 days after eating at Wasabi) that tastes terrible, not a single decent restaurant. Not to mention difficult to make a reservation so eating at the buffet is the only option most days. The hotel staff for the most part seems miserable and hate their jobs/ guests; everyone from the rude front desk to the shuttle drivers who straight out ignore you. I filed a complaint with Guest Services about Arlin, a front desk manager who straight out asked for bribery in exchange for putting me in a room with one bed instead of two beds, and no one ever got back to me about the complaint. I will NEVER come back to this hotel.
