"Hotel location near big department store ,there was so many good food around, out room had some equipment problems so we called the front desk, less than 5 minutes a lady of staff came to check,then immediately reported the situation and helped us changing to the other room , their service very well and fast,also

"Hotel is very close to a MRT station about 30 mins ride to Taoyuan airport. Front desk is nice and efficient. Room is comfortable but a bit noisy from the street traffic. Good
