Check in lobby is located at B1. Initially was a little lost, but instructions at lift was pretty clear. After check in any extra help you need you can easier get your answer from all the friendly staff. We jus wish we had more time to laze and lounge at their lobby.

The experience was good. They offered snacks. There was microwave to use. If needed there were paid washing machines that you could use but they provided washing powder too. Overall best hotel I stayed at in Taipei till now.

Changed from twin with no window to double with window. Twin no window was very small. hardly place to move or place luggage. Double was bigger. However , this hotel has NO bathroom doors. Curtains are drawn instead . Need to walk abit to University MRT .
