Arrived at around 11am, was told no room available and have to wait. Back at around 2pm, still no room, and finally was given room at around 3pm after telling the reception that I have waited far too long... No refill of bottle water in the room on 2nd day, only after 2nd reminder calling them personally that water bottle was sent. Toilet waste was not clear. Quite disappointed overall.

Nice spacious room, with all you'd expect from a new hotel. Could have provided more amenities (conditioner and body lotion/moisturiser) to make it even better. The location is excellent- right next to the MRT/Train/High Speed Train Baiqiao station.

I really like this hotel because the room style (design) looks much better than Hilton, which is sharing the same building and the rooftop pool with Caesar. However, during this time, I couldn't even feel this hotel was the VIP access or the gold member of Expedia, and they also did not offer me the gold member benefits that I used to experience whenever I visit this place. In addition, I was calling the room service for over an hour after at least six called while my friend's kid was already very hungry and tired. I was totally fine with going down and taking the order myself, yet I did not get any clear directions but more transferring calls, and this made me very disappointed. I will still visit this place due to the several great experiences, and I do hope that Caesar would have improved on their internal communications. Lastly, I had always believed that Expedia offers the best deals until I saw the price, which my friend showed me, on Google after my booking was completed, and this also made me upset on trusting Expedia.

We are frequent guests at this establishment. However, perhaps due to the recent economic downturn, there is a noticeable drop in the quality of service and its facilities. The restaurants have stopped serving food. Utensils, such as tea spoons, are missing from the room. The electric water heater was broken. The list goes on. The most disheartening part is the service. The reception seems clueless and one of them even hung up on us before I could finish my questions! This is unacceptable.
