"Rooms are beautiful and comfortable but had an odd experience when I tried to charge our dinner at Henshin (top floor restaurant/bar) to my room. Since dinner was more than my deposit they would not let me charge to my room unless I added to the deposit, essentially making me pre-pay for dinner.
