Lovely stay in a lovely boutique hotel.

We have stayed in Edinburgh on many occasions and in different hotels. The staff really make this hotel special. Really helpful! Food was really a treat from the wonderfully cooked and presented breakfast to the two coarse dinner we had which was fab. Will definitely return.

    So highly recommend!

A perfect hotel experience. From the location, to the welcome, to the room itself. I would plan to stay here again in a heartbeat. High quality through and through at an incredibly reasonable cost. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

    Charming Hotel!

The service was superb at this picturesque little inn. I would definitely stay here again! There is much history to the building, & the owner is happy to share.

  • 4.0.Fair

The meals and breakfast were good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating particularly trying their best to make-up for the hard and very uncomfortable bed by putting on a topper. The bath plug was broken but was replaced with a make-shift plug which did the job. Bedroom carpet was worn and staircase carpet was soiled. An expensive but uncomfortable few days. Not value for money.
