Great staff and location - room not so great
Super nice staff, very friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect. But our room was smelly, and there was a machine next to it continuously making a lot of noise, so opening the windows to refresh the atmosphere was not an option. Also, we had booked a room for three guests but were informed that a supplement was required in order to install a third bed. Not a big deal, but not nice.

Clearly still having a lot of work done on improvements which was disappointing. The quality of the rooms, bathrooms was poor. Our toilet door consisted of an unpainted sheet of hardboard with a handle screwed onto it which you couldn't close anyway.

The hotel and my room were beautifully designed. A marvel for the eyes! There was even a bath in my room. However the TV did not work nor the projector. ( I had hoped to watch a movie). Shower could also have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (hair in one corner). The staff was generally nice but my room was not ready at 3 pm —which is already a late check in — and there was a bit of a wait. No big deal in the best of times — but I was tired after an international trip. Room for improvement!

The bathrooms are so incredibly small my husband kept hitting his head against the wall in there-almost claustrophobic. The showers don’t have a place to set down the shampoo bottle. The carpet feels old but the bed is comfortable.

Hotel was walking distance from the main strip . The staff was friendly the whole stay . The staff did little things like give us a welcome gift with water and sweets which was extremely nice . The rooms have been retro fitted to be comfy and they were clean . The room was a little quirky and the shower was strong and plenty of hot water .

TOT NOOIT MEER !!
De problemen begonnen reeds bij aankomst. Bij het zien van ons hondje ( mini-Maltezer van 1,5 kg en waarvoor zo maar eventjes 25 euro per nacht werd betaald, ja inderdaad 25 euro !) werd onze voorziene kamer direct omgeboekt naar een eenpersoonskamer, die had hij niet op het eerste verdiep gelegen, een verre kelderkamer zou geweest zijn. Het uitzicht op een volle muur. Aan de drie kapstokken die aanwezig waren konden we niet, want al hun oude en niet-gebruikte zaken hadden ze hier samengebracht, grote stukken die de piepkleine kamer nog kleiner maakte. Toilet, douche en lavabo waren in de slaapkamer. Dat was design zegden ze. Het koffieapparaat deed het ook niet. Na veel gepalaver kregen we 's anderendaags een andere kamer voor 2 personen ( waarschijnlijk de eerst voorziene kamer) een kamer met een gescheiden badkamer. 's anderendaags morgens zochten we het ONTBIJTBUFFET op. In een klein plaatsje ( 4 ronde kleine tafeltjes - maximum 10 personen) moesten we op geluk van zegen hopen op een plaatsje. Het BUFFET vonden we nergens en we werden geserveerd aan de tafel met een toost, één sneetje kaas en ham, een mini-croissant en een mini-donut. En dat alles voor de prijs van 7,50 euro. O ja een kop koffie kon er ook nog van af. 4 dagen lang en steeds hetzelfde. Hadden we geweten dat het ontbijt nog niet was betaald bij de kamer hadden we elders gegeten, want in de buurt waren veel zaken waar men goed en gevarieerd kon ontbijten In de garage kon je moeilijk in en uit rijden.
